Onboarding New Staff

In the coming weeks, North Perth Public Library welcomes two new staff members! This means that we will be fully staffed after a season of transition. The Coordinator of Community Connections will focus on community connections, programming, and outreach, while the Assistant Summer Programmer will be joining for the summer months to execute summer programming for our branches. This past week, we welcomed a student to the Social Media Creative Assistant role to assist in marketing all of NPPL's offerings. 

Both the Coordinator of Community Connections and the Social Media Creative Assistant are new roles to the library, hoping to fill gaps in our services. While the Social Media Creative Assistant ends in August, the Coordinator is a permanent position with the hope of building many strong, long term ties to the North Perth community. 

We have been very fortunate that our current staff are willing to step in to keep delivering quality programs, attend outreach events, and execute initiatives for all ages. Without our fantastic staff, this season would have been exponentially harder!
